8pm-12am: PARTY FOR A CAUSE! $15

Join us at the American Museum of Radio and Electricity, 1312 Bay Street, for an after party benefiting Womencare Shelter. Enjoy great music, entertainment, a fashion show, raffle prizes and more. First 300 ticket holders will receive amazing goody bags filled with great merchandise and deals from local businesses.

Last years after party brought in over $4000 for Womencare and over 400 attendees and this year we're expecting it to be even better!

After party tickets are $15 and can be purchased at Greenhouse, the Downtown Bellingham Partnership, and the American Museum of Radio and Electricity.

About Womencare:

Womencare is a private, non-profit organization that was established in 1979 to provide safe, confidential emergency shelter and support services to women and their children who are victims of domestic violence. Womencare advocates support battered women and their children as they examine the tactics and dynamics of domestic violence, safety planning, explore options, problem solve, and learn about community resources.

Womencare Shelter provides:

  • 24-hour Domestic Violence Helpline and 24-hour crisis intervention for survivors of domestic violence, their family, friends, or co-workers.
  • Emergency shelter, food, limited clothing and personal care items to shelter residents.
  • Access to shelter 24hrs. a day, 7 days a week for women and children who are victims of domestic violence.
  • Individual and group advocacy-based counseling, legal, medical and financial referrals and advocacy, parenting and child advocacy as well as appropriate community referrals.
  • Community Education and training opportunities on domestic violence, intervention and prevention for the general public and professional groups.
  • Support, information, safety planning and community referrals via a 24-hour Domestic Violence Helpline.
