2009 Trick or Treat Participants

The Downtown Bellingham Partnership invites children ages 13 and under with their families to attend the annual Downtown Trick or Treat on Saturday, October 31, from 2 to 5 pm.

Downtown merchants will scare up a delightful array of in-store treats for kids dressed in costume. Kids will also be able to have their picture taken by photography Mark Turner in front of 1308 Cornwall Avenue, free of charge!

Trick-or-Treat posters will be placed on the doors and window of participating businesses. Inside you will find Trick-or-Treat maps to guide you on your journey.
