Support Your Downtown

As Downtown Bellingham staff, we are so proud of our historic and rapidly growing city center and love thinking of ways to make it even better. At the core of our work is the belief that Downtown Bellingham is everybody’s neighborhood — where people come together to engage in the arts, celebrate our community, and to express themselves.

The opinions of downtown business and property owners, residents and visitors are important to us — we want to hear from you! Please tell us what you want to see more of by participating in a super short survey and sharing your ideas for ways to make everybody’s neighborhood even better.

Main Street Tax Incentive

As a business, when you pledge to donate to downtown through the Main Street Tax Incentive Program, you can apply to receive 75% of your donation back as a B&O tax credit. Donate $4,000? You'll get a $3,000 credit. And that other $1,000? It's tax deductible, since the DBP is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. This means you get to keep your tax dollars in your community, and help us serve you even better.
